We and Tropical Storm Bill departed the Dallas area together yesterday.  We were heading northwest, and Bill was heading northeast.  Bill was VERY large, so we spent the first 250 miles in torrential rain.  We arrived safely in Amarillo for the first night of our trip to Alaska.
